Biofield Regulation Session
Biofield Regulation is a gentle, restorative session that uses specialized tuning forks to regulate and support nervous system regulation and deep relaxation.
Sound frequencies are applied around and on specific areas of the body to help calm overstimulation, release tension and restore a sense of internal balance.
This work focuses on the body’s energetic field — the subtle electrical and vibrational environment that surrounds and interacts with the nervous system. When this system becomes overloaded by stress, fatigue, or prolonged tension, the body can struggle to fully settle and recover.
Why it works
The nervous system is, at its core, an electrical system. It responds to vibration, rhythm, and frequency — which is why a loud sound can spike your heart rate, or why certain music can bring you to tears. Biofield tuning works with that same innate responsiveness.
Precisely calibrated tuning forks introduce coherent sound frequencies into the body’s field, helping to interrupt patterns of chronic activation — the low-grade hum of stress the body gets stuck in and often forgets how to leave. Rather than forcing relaxation, this work simply creates the conditions for the nervous system to remember what settled feels like.
Many clients describe the experience as the deepest rest they’ve had in years— without doing anything at all.

You’ll lie fully clothed and still while sound frequencies are applied around and on the body. There is little to no touch— only the tuning forks make contact. Most people notice a shift in breathing, a softening of tension, or a quiet sense of spaciousness as the session progresses. Afterward many describe feeling lighter, clearer, and more themselves.

Precautions: Please consult your medical provider before scheduling if you have:
Pacemakers or implanted electrical devices.
Seizure disorders/epilepsy.
Severe mental illness.
Recent concussion or traumatic brain injury.
If you are in First trimester of pregnancy.
What to wear:
Comfortable clothing required (no tight restrictive clothing)
Recommended frequency:
Initial phase- every 2 weeks/ typically for 3-6 sessions
Maintenance phase- Monthly or as needed
Tuning forks lower cortisol
