PRIVATE SESSIONS

1:1’s are where lasting change begins. They are the best way to start Pilates because of the individual focus of these sessions.

1:1 Pricing

Initial Private Assessment $85 (+ tax)

New clients receive an initial assessment during their first session.

4 Private Sessions $260 ($65 per session) (+tax)

DUET SESSIONS

Train alongside a partner, friend, or family member. Duets work best when both participants have similar experience levels and goals.

Duet Pricing

Single Duet Session $60 per person (+ tax)

4 Session Duet Package $200 per person ($50 per person per session) (+tax)

    • Please arrive 5 minutes early to fill out a registration form.

    • For your own comfort, do not eat heavily 2 hours before your workout.

    • Wear leggings/yoga pants or shorts, athletic top or t-shirt, and socks.

  • STUDIO POLICIES

    • Sessions and classes are by appointment only.

    • Pre-registration and prepayment are required.

    • We have a 24-hour cancellation policy. You will be charged for your session or class unless you email or text to cancel at least 24 hours in advance.

    • You must wear socks to all sessions and group classes. Barefoot is not allowed. For your convenience, we carry non-slip socks for sale at the front desk.

    • Do not wear jewelry, pants or shorts with zippers (the zippers damage the apparatus), or scented lotions and perfume.
