  • Somatic Pilates is a nervous system-aware approach to Pilates that emphasizes internal awareness, gentle pacing, and intentional movement rather than performance or repetition. Sessions focus on sensing, breath, and regulation to support how the body experiences movement, stress and recovery.

    • A brief arrival period to settle, check in, and orient.

    • Guided movement (Pilates-informed somatic pace).

    • Nervous system regulation woven throughout (breath, timing, sensory cues).

    • When appropriate grounded support with biofield tuning may be facilitated.

    Sessions are 50 minutes, always adapted to your body, goals and capacity. No two sessions are exactly the same.

  • You may be a good fit if you:

    • Experience back pain, stiffness, or chronic tension.

    • Feel overstimulated, fatigued, or disconnected from your body.

    • Want strength and mobility without aggressive high-pressure workouts.

    • Prefer a thoughtful, guided, one-on-one environment.

    No prior experience is required.

    • Weekly is ideal to build change.

    • Every other week works well for maintenance and steady support.

    • We’ll choose rhythm that fits your nervous system, schedule and goals.

    • Private sessions: $125

    • Recommendations + session rhythm are discussed after your first visit.
