How often should a beginner practice Pilates?
A beginner to Pilates should try to practice Pilates at least twice a week, although many people find three times a week to be more effective. You can practice Pilates daily and there are many exercises and modifications you can use to avoid over-training.
How is Pilates different than yoga?

For safety and hygienic reasons, sticky socks are required for all sessions. Sticky socks are available for purchase in the studio.
Comfortable clothing, such as yoga/athletic wear. No Jeans please.

Waters are available at the studio, or you can bring your own. Consider a small towel if you tend to sweat.

You can cancel your session and reschedule online or via email 24 hours before your appointment. If a cancelation is made after the 24-hour window, the session will be charged as a late cancelation. No exceptions please.

Packages expire. Check your expiration date in the email confirmation after purchase. Expiration dates help you stay consistent and make the most of your package. - Key ingredients for seeing real progress is consistency and commitment.

It's recommended to have the same partner for each session. Each person should buy their own partner package, or one person can buy two packages for both. Only one person should schedule the appointment on the calendar.
