How do I book a session?

What is your cancellation policy?
Please notify the studio 24 hours before the start time of your appointment if you need to cancel or reschedule. Failing to do so will result in a loss of session from a package or a single session charge. No exceptions please.
What is the expiration date on session packages?
Single sessions expire 90 days from purchase date, with the exception of the New Client Intro Pack which expires 30 days from purchase.
What if I've never done Pilates before?
The benefit of 1-on-1 private instruction is that you don’t need any prior fitness or Pilates experience. The hardest part of trying something new is staying consistent. North End Pilates helps take the guesswork out by scheduling out your sessions, following up, and supporting you.
Do I need to be flexible to start Pilates?
No. Your body is ready to begin regardless of shape, size, or flexibility level. In our sessions we move through exercises that involve strength and flexibility. Gradually you will build more flexibility and mobility through this practice, consistency is key.
What should I wear?
Wear comfortable, form-fitting clothes. Avoid zippers or anything too loose (no jeans). Sticky socks are required for all lessons (available for purchase in studio).
Do you accommodate more than one person in sessions?
The studio only accommodates one person at a time for now.
