Restore + Stretch Session
Restore + Stretch is a private, practitioner-assisted stretching session that uses the Pilates apparatus and supported positioning to guide your body into deep release — stretches that are simply impossible to access on your own.
The Session is slow, intentional, and guided throughout. No forcing. No pushing. Just steady, supported release.
Why It Works:
Most stretching doesn’t work because the nervous system won’t allow it.
When the body senses a stretch approaching its edge, it triggers a protective reflex— muscles tighten to guard against what feels like potential injury. You can fight that reflex, or you can work with it.
The Pilates apparatus creates precise supported positions that give the nervous system, just enough safety to release its grip. Breathwork is woven throughout to deepen that signal. The result isn’t just more flexibility — it’s a body that has genuinely let something go.

30 or 60 minutes
Fully guided, hands on
Private studio setting
Your practitioner guides you through assisted stretches targeting the hips, spine, shoulders, and back. The pace is calm and deliberate — muscles and connective tissue are given time to gradually release rather than being pushed or forced.
The 60-minute session includes a closing eucalyptus warm towel ritual and percussion therapy finish to soften tissue and seal the work.
Many people leave feeling longer, lighter, and more at ease in their body than they have in years.
